The per-head package is $21 per person with a 50-guest minimum, and full kitchen service with setup, serving, and cleanup is $700. Waimea is paniolo ranch country. It sits upcountry between the Hilo and Kona sides, cooler and green, which makes it a gorgeous place for a gathering. Feeding a crowd up here is stressful when the caterer is far away. You need the food to show up on time, feed everyone, and taste like real Hawaiian home cooking. That is where we come in. You call, we plan the menu and the trip, we show up early, and you get to relax.
The Per-Head Package
White rice, chicken long rice, kalua pig, squid luau, lomi salmon, potato salad, and haupia. Nobody leaves hungry.
For $700 we handle setup, serving, and cleanup at your Waimea venue. All we need is three tables. You enjoy your own event.
