The Per-Head Package
White rice, chicken long rice, kalua pig, squid luau, lomi salmon, potato salad, and haupia. Nobody leaves hungry.

Catch our pop-up in HPP and Orchidland every Wednesday from 10am to 2pm, and at The Barn in Kea'au one Sunday a month. A lot of Puna folks meet us at the truck first, taste the kalua pig and squid luau, and then call us to cater their own gathering. We got voted Top 3 Best Hawaiian Food in East Hawai'i while open only three days a week, so you already know what shows up on the table.
