Kimo & Melia's caters real Hawaiian food on the Kona side and across West Hawaii, including Kailua-Kona, Waikoloa, the Kohala Coast resorts, and Captain Cook. The per-head package is $21 per person with a 50-guest minimum, and full kitchen service with setup, serving, and cleanup is $700. Our kitchen is on the Hilo side, so West side delivery is priced by distance. Book ahead.
Booking food for a West side wedding or resort event is stressful. You are far from home, working with vendors you have never met, and the food has to be right. One bad caterer and the whole day feels off. We get it, and after 100-plus events we have this down. You call, we plan the menu, we drive over early, and your only job is to enjoy the day.
The Per-Head Package
White rice, chicken long rice, kalua pig, squid luau, lomi salmon, potato salad, and haupia. Nobody leaves hungry.
For $700 we handle setup, serving, and cleanup. All we need is three tables. You enjoy your own event.

Straight Talk on Delivery
Here is the honest part. Our kitchen is on the Hilo side, and Kona is on the far West side of the Big Island. We make that drive gladly, but it means West side delivery is priced by distance, and it means the earlier you book, the better we can plan the trip and get to you on time. This is not a same-day service across the island. Give us your date early and we will lock it in.
